Unhappy Engine not firing after sitting for half year without battery connected

I have a 90-93 mspnp with COP modified, before sitting with battery connected, it starts fine without any problem, then the battery was out for half a year, a new battery installed, when starting, there is no fire, the power from mspnp is not having 12V out, ALL four toyota COP does not have fire, where should I check?, the engine fuse is good, the pnp have D14 and D16 lights on, D15 is not lighting. Any chip I need to change in mspnp?
Thanks for the help~

Did you visually check that the spark plugs aren't firing, or just assume that this is the case because it won't start? Get a bottle of fuel stabilizer and add it to the tank with a few gallons of new gas. Then shake the **** out of the car for a while so the water lying on the bottom of the tank mixes with the gas. Unhook the fuel line under the hood of the car, disconnect the ignitor and turn the ignition on a few times to purge the gas line. Reconnect gas line and ignitor and try to start.

Thanks, I had unscrew all spark plug out and check for spark while cranking, did not see any ignition from plug, also try holding the coil over the engine cover to search for spark, also fail, maybe it is because I am doing it in day light, I will try your suggestion in coming weekend, thanks a lot, will post result after trying..

Have you hooked it up to a laptop and checked to see what the computer thinks or sees?

Where was it stored? Any chance of a critter chewing on something?

Check the CPS, I've read stories of them going bad often.

It's not like there's an entire 80 page thread on this already or anything.

Yes, tuner studio link up to pnp without problem, all previous tune is there, the program shows cranking information fine.
I think the cam position sensor is fine, as I park on a dry surface, not much inserts will make home out from it.
Can I use a meter to test the Red wire that feed the COP? will it be high voltage?

COP is a great item to change to, although I did not put the car on dyno, but I felt the power and respond is much different without it. Highly recommend~

I check out the mspnp for lose wiring, use a meter to check the 12V ignition power, connect a external tachometer using the 12V, after move here and there, found the tach is having lights and give beep self checking sound, Boy, the 12V sudden have juice coming back, turn the ignition, starts right up!!
