Default f**up my cars diypnp

Ok so the car is running after the engine swap.
Doing good so I mess with the idle controls thinking I wired them backwards.
Have the wire stripped and switch them and wrap with a little elect tape. Nothing much happens so I grab the wires to make sure connected and one touchs the engine bam! engine stops.
Will not start.
I check fuses 30 amp in box under hood blow. I replace still will not start and tuner studio can not read diypnp. Cant reflash firmware times out error 0xe0
VVT light is on so I guess there is power. Any ideas or am I just screwed

well it started for a second with stock ecu. So power to diypnp should be good aswell as ignitor and coils. Any idea?

well it would not load firmware no matter how many times I tried but once I opened it up and loaded the firmware with boot jumper in it worked.
So I had to reset all the calibaration stuff and other setting but She runs again.
