Default Help with 97 Tune

I have a 97 mspnp2, that I some trouble with staring. Normally I need to hold the throttle for the first 10 sec to get it to start and begging to idle. I can not seem to get it to idle right. When I get the car to run low 14 afr I tons of black smoke from exhaust and car will idle about 500 rpm and sound like is wants to die out. If I get the afr at 16 the sound like it running better and rpm around 800~900 rpm.
Anyone willing to look at my tune and give me some advice on what I am f**** up.
97 TD04 diy Turbo set up
Iat
walbro 255 fuel pump
rx8 yellow top 420cc
2.5 custom exhaust

*Idk why, but it started right up this time.

Sounds like your wideband may not be calibrated properly.

Thought the same thing but still same after calibration. Even put in a new sensor.

Are the ECU and the wideband grounded to the same location?

Yes, gone through and rechecked all the wiring. calibrated the sensor muti times. Pulled power blue cable on ignition. I de-pined the old o2 sensor and used the connector for my signal to the ecu. Wideband and ecu read about the same.
I honestly don't think it is a wideband problem.

Confirm spark on all cylinders. Sounds like one or two of them may be pumping air and raw fuel.

Okay, so I checked for spark. I have spark. Swapped my injectors out for the stock ones, thinking maybe a rx8 injectors were getting stuck open. And, nope still same thing. 14-15 afrs black smoke. So at that point, I put the old ecu back in and the car ran fine.
Could required fuel and injector dead affect this?
Wait but i had the same problem with the stock injectors.......
Any other clue
