Problem solved... bad opto- connection.

I'm going about installing my diypnp v1.5.

I'm starting with the simplest setup first. I have maf in place, and narrowband still in place.

I downloaded the base map from diyautotune, available here:http://www.diyautotune.com/diypnp/ap...0-18bp-mt.html. I calibrated my tps and other sensors per the instructions.

But the dang thing wont fire! I hear the fuel pump turn on, and I go to crank.. and crank and crank. It appears to be getting no spark. I checked all my jumpers. Continuity from the ign1 and ig2 jumpers to the microsquirt module seem to be fine.

I'm pretty new when it comes to this stuff, so I'm not to sure how I should go about debugging this problem. any hints would be helpful.

So why wont it spark? I'm correct in assuming I don't need any of the Ignition transistors with the stock ignition right? Car fires perfect btw with stock ecu.
