What do you mean by "move a wire in the stock harness"?

There is a little tab in there keeping the pin in place. I've used sewing needles or dental picks. Be very careful as its easy to ruin the pins.

By move a wire, I mean I need to move the wire in the stock harness that controls the fuel pump beacause the Megasquirt harness is configured wrong. The fuel pump wire is one spot off. Reverant told me to move the wire on the stock harness over one spot. I'll try to take a picture of the harness, but IIRC there are at least two holes on the side that connects to the ECU (i.e., not the side where the wrie comes in). Do I shove something into the small hole?

Yes, insert a small flat screwdriver (or something that doesn't bend easily), pointing it downwards as much as possible while inserting it. Then, once it has bottomed out, push it upwards to release the tab pull the cable from behind.

This is more or less how you do it. It takes a bit of practice to get it down, but once you do it becomes very easy.
