I really need help, I'm so lost.
I made a post earlier today, but I am making a new one since the problem seems to be bigger than what I said in that post.
I first installed the ECU a few weeks back and when I tried to adjust the Cam Angle Sensor for timing, I stripped it's bolt. So being an idiot I just said whatever and tuned the car a little advanced. This was fine, the car felt good, and I was happy!
I then got a bolt extractor kit and removed the screw and adjusted the Cam Angle Sensor, and set he timing to 10 degrees after TDC (and ofc matched my settings in tuner studio accordingly).
I went out to try it and the car felt way underpowered. Like I was slamming on the gas in 1st gear and it took a solid 6 seconds for it to reach 35 mph and redline. And as I was going back up the hill to my house, the car in first gear with full throttle was moving at 5mph up this little hill. Now I understand that the car was advanced before so it felt faster but now that it's on time it feels like a lawnmower. And the fact that it couldn't go up a hill in 1st told me that there was something wrong
I went back inside to try and diagnose what was wrong with this new tune(where literally all that has changed is the timing), and I notice that my KPA at idle is much higher than normal. It's at 58.
I run tests and I find that the more I advance timing the more KPA decreases.
(I have checked for vacumn line leaks and there are none. There is a slight hissing sound coming from where the intake meets the throttle body, but I doubt that has something to do with it since the KPA was able to lower[which I believe means more vacumn] just by advancing the timing.)
I went back out on a slightly advanced timing tune( Genius way to blow up the car ), and while the car was slightly faster it still couldn't go up hills or accelerate very fast.
I really have no clue what to do at this point, this post summed it way down but I have been on this for literal months. I just wanna drive my car again.
Any help is super appreciated, thanks guys.

With the trigger wizard in tunerstuido set to 10 degrees advanced, your timing mark lines up at the 10 mark? If it ran fine until you set the base timing I would think something is wrong with the base timing. Is the cas bolt tight? Mabey check to see if your damper is bad, the metal part with the timing mark can spin on the rubber that is sandwiched between. You can check but removing the 1 spark plug, inserting a long rod (oil dip stick or screwdriver, etc) and rotating till the 1 cylinder is at top dead center, the timing mark should line up with the T that point.
are you using a regular old timing light or one of the fancy ones that lets you change the strobe advance? Should be using regular spark=strobe pluse, no strobe advance.
