Idle VE Table Values?
Im going to try and find a write up for how to test the active flyback clamp circuit parts. If anyone has a link they know of, that would be awesome, but Ill try to piece it together from the hardware manual.
If you have an oscope, you can look at the injector low-side turn off. If it rings up and doesn't clamp, then the clamp isn't working. MS2 had a different clamp voltage than MS3, much lower I believe.
To ensure Im not chasing ghosts, this active flyback circuit is important for high-z injectors as well as low-z, right? Mine are 15ohm. I know the PWM flyback damping circuit isnt needed.
Flyback is for any low side switched inductance. It prevents the switch from being overvoltaged. The injector acrually closes faster without it, or if the flyback voltage is pretty big (like the 36V in the MS3).
So what you're saying is that I dont need it? Or that it should be deleted?
I have not tested the fuel pressure. I hear the pump prime and the car was running super rich, so I wasnt thinking supply would be an issue.... IIRC not all cars run the same pressure.... is there a setting in MS to compensate for supply pressure? If I go grab a rental feul pressure gauge from Autozone, what should I be reading as "good"?
Should I just say "screw it" and run my stock ECU until my sequential injector card comes from JBPerf? I am fine with that, but just worried ill be wasting time sitting on my hands and still have this problem then too...
I'm coming up on 15 hours of troubleshooting and I'm gonna lose my mind.

According to some other forum posts and adaptronic educational material, my setup for semi-sequential is not optimal. Tomorrow Im going to switch to untimed injection, reset my VE table, and start over. I will let you guys know how it goes. Thanks for all the help thus far.

Honestly man, it is unlikely to be fuel pressure. You PW is like1.6ms when it should be more like 3 or so with a req fuel of 12.1, VE of 50%, load of 30kpa, 100% fuel correction. For sequential, you need 4 separate drivers. If your HW only has 2 batch drivers, then you are probably getting way more squirts than you think.
