Default Installed mspnp2 on my 96 now no start

Before I jump into this, I'm completely new to megasquirt don't eat me alive. I just recently acquired someone's unfinished project. It's a 96 turbo car with a built motor and it came with a mspnp2 box used but from diyautotune. After watching a ton of videos and reading a bunch of setup guides I installed it,loaded a basemap, set up timing and the air temp sensor and went to start it and it just cranks. I've tried reloading the basemap and double checked the setting I changed stuck still nothing. I've also looked at the injectors and it's on the stock 254cc injectors. I've attached 10 seconds of cranking the car and the basemap. The car starts and idles fine on the stock ecu still what am I missing?

You are cranking at 5ms
Req_fuel for 245cc should be around 13ms, you have 5.5ms
Recalculate required fuel

Check TPS calibration - it is 4%

I'll do that as soon as I get home, I assume it's under cranking?

Sorry for the late update, I went through a bunch of things before I got it to start. First I went though making sure the idle and tps was set right on the old ecu and everything was out of adjustment including the throttle stop screw. After I got all that sorted I tried to start it again with the adjusted fuel settings and still wouldn't start. I then updated the firmware on the unit before I figured out maps are codependent on the firmware, flashed back to 3.3.1a and reloaded all the settings and it started! Doesn't run very well or idle on the basemap I found but it's a starting point nonetheless. Thanks for the help!
