Default lc-1 issues

Okay so I have a megasquirtpnp2 on a 91 miata with the 1.6 for now. Installed my lc-1 and soldiered all the wires, ran all grounds off ecu grounds, etc. Changed the tunerstudio to see the wideband, changed the ego control pid to p=5 i=95 d=0. The values above that I havnt touched. I did the calibrate afr table and write controller. My lc-1 gauge reads what I think it should. Its a lil off for a base tune from megasquirt as expected. idle afr is 12.5-12.7. The tuner studio says 10.3-10.5. Went and did some logging and it stays about there the whole time. The lc-1 gauge acts normal and shows values that seem right for the tune. I opened the lc-1 software and read the number on the third window 2.29volts and read it is suppose to be put somewhere in tuner studio? Any ideas...Seems I am just missing a value to get it straight so I can use ve analyize live.

What numbers did you enter in Tools -> Calibrate AFR Table?

I selected the lc-1 default and it brought up values of point 1 1.0 volts afr 9.7 and point 2 4.0 volts and afr 18.7.

Would i need to coorolate these to the lc-1 hardware in programing the sensor?

The LC-1 default should be 7.35 at 0 volts and 22.05 at 5 volts.

Just got done resetting everything and figuring out I was stupid and had the outputs backwards for the gauge and the megasquirt on what I thought I wired. Now the autotune is working like it should. Thanks for the values.

According to Innovative's website, it is 22.39.

"Analog output two is setup as 0V = 7.35 AFR and 5V = 22.39"

Yea it was 1.0 volt at 9.35 and 4.0 volts at 22.39. I used the 22.05 and it is mirroring the lc-1 gauge perfectly fine. I noticed a pretty good pickup in power after some tunning and this is just on the 1.6. The 1.8 should be back from the machinest by the end of the week.
