Default Lean spikes and stall on light throttle

Hey guys, my car is a '89 Na6 with a td04 run by a diypnp.

I've been driving to and from work most days and the occasional spirited mountain drive and everything is running great except when taking off the car leans out and sometimes stalls, if i stomp the pedal it bogs down and then is fine and if i apply the lightest amount of pressure its perfect. its only when trying to take off normally and its alot worse when cold. I'm sure its just something simple and stupid i've over looked but any help is appreciated.

I've attached a log from a sitting in the garage idleing and revving.

I haven't looked at your tune but look at yourban overrun fuel cut. It may he cutting fuel too early. I set mine to 2000 rpms and the tps threshold to 1% but my tps has almost no noise.
