Default look over my MSQ, what am i missing?

all the guages in megatune look like they are reading fine, but the IAT is reading like 20 deg cool. i can't get the car to start. it would start for a second then stall last night when i first uploaded the firmware, but now it will just stublle a couple times, but wont fire. i have played with the req fuel, ASE enrichment and cranking PW settings some and it hasnt helped any. any ideas or do you guys see anything i overlooked? the car is running 330s

Your cranking pulse-widths are pretty high, given your req_fuel setting - they look like they match the current base MSQ from the MSPNP, which is setup for stock 1.6 injectors. Did you check out the section of the manual that discusses how to set the enrichments that req_fuel doesn't take care of?

Cheers!

agreed... you cranking PW looks high. you are probably flooding the engine during crank.

Make sure to read the notes in the MSPNP manual about this. It gives the math required to get the PW's into the right range. When I dropping the 460cc RX7 injectors in, simply doing the math allowed the car to start first turn of the key, no further tweaking required.

Cheers!

Try these values:

5.6
5.3
5.0
4.8
5.3
4.9
4.1
3.3
2.5
2.3

Do you have a new set of plugs you could install? Either that, or let the current plugs dry out for a spell. What injectors are you running, BTW? Did you ever have the MS running the car using the stock injectors?

Cheers!

thanks for the help guys! it is curently idling in the driveway as i type. the plugs were fouled to the point where they would no longer spark, put in some old stockers, stubbled hard for a little bit then cleared up.

Awesome dude - congrats! Just a heads up - those values I gave you were based on the math/formula that DIY has put into their manual for the MSPNP for PW's and enrichments. It's basically:

new PW setting = (old PW setting - 1.0ms) * (new req_fuel / old req_fuel) + 1.0ms

1.0ms is the min opening time of the injectors - it might be slightly higher than 1.0, but that'll get you into the ballpark. You should do the same math now for your accel enrichments, or you'll end up stumbling when you blip the throttle or accelerate.

Again, glad to hear you're up and running!

mine did the same. i need to actually measure the resistance and plug those values in. i went back into easytherm and changed some numbers around and got it with 5* of the CLT sensor when the car was completely cold.

it would probably be smart to do the same....put the sensor in a pot of water....ice cold, luke warm and boiling hot. measure the temp and resistance. use those values instead.

dont submerege the electrodes.....
