I'm running MSPNP2 on my 97 and when I'm cruising in low RPM and i start to step on the gas pedal the ride quality gets super rough. It gets really bouncy as if I was constantly stepping and releasing on the throttle. I'm not sure if its a tuning problem or a mechanical problem? Oh and btw it is professionally tuned.

 

Either talk to your professional tuner or post your tune and a log of your problem.

No one here can tell you anything useful with the information you've given.
