Default LSx coils on 96 Miata MSPNP Gen1

Finally got around to installing my LS2 coil kit from Flowforce that I ordered a year or so ago. I'm running a 1996 Miata with the MSPNP Gen 1 (I know it is a dinosaur).
In order for my AEM UEGO X-Series gauge 03-0300 to match TunerStudio, I had to modify the lambdasettings.ini and maincontroller.ini files which I did from the following link, made my AFR match perfectly. https://www.msextra.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=39929 . I was hesitant to install these coils or really make any changes to my tune until I had this matching.

I followed the instructions from Flowforce found here: https://goflowforce.com/ls-coil-instructions
They mention going in and adjusting dwell settings, which in case of MS1 there is no dwell table, so they say to set nominal dwell to 3.0 and call it good.
A quote from their site is: "Note that MS2 doesn’t have Dwell tables. Just set nominal dwell to 3.0 and send it." (no mention of MS1Extra)
I also adjusted my cranking dwell to 6.0 to match what they state in the guide.
With those done, I started up the car and drove around while running VEAnalyze Live, locking out the idle blocks at first, then later adjusting them.

I pulled a log, however it seems the adjustments I made in TunerStudio to match my AFR on my gauge to TS do not carry over to Megalogviewer HD. I have attached a log, but you'll see that they don't match (which I believe to be due to the .ini changes in TS not carrying over to Megalogviewer)

My tach is working great, from readings see that some MS2 or MSPNP users had to wire back to get tach to work, but from what I'm reading that doesn't apply to 1996? (just 90-93?)

I guess 2 questions I have are
1) Are there any other major settings I should change to make it safe? (it terrifies me that I don't have a knock sensor, something I am working on getting a MS3Pro, 36-2 tooth wheel, NB sensor etc etc)
2) Is there a way to get Megalogviewer to update with the shifted AEM_linear values that I changed so that my logs pull the correct AFR?

I've got a lot to learn in regards to tuning, really only getting started as of this project, so please be gently on this noob.

Edit: tried uploading my .msq and datalog, isn't working? is there a file type limitation? Tried the file and as a .zip
