Default MegaSquirt with ABS

First post because this is the first question I haven't been able to find an answer to by searching.

I'm going to be adding a turbo to my 1994 Miata this winter and will be using MegaSquirt for tuning. Going to go with this kit DIYPNP Nippon Denso 76pin Unassembled Kit DIYAutoTune.com along with the IAT sensor and EBC solenoid.

My car is one of the rare Miatas with ABS. Is there anything that needs to be changed to make this compatible? Does the ABS talk with the ECU at all or is it a self contained unit? Looking to get the MS ordered next week to start phase 1 of my build and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed when I started soldering.

Full Plans are as follows:

Megasquirt, AEM Wideband, RX7 injectors followed by a FMII No Electronics kit with clutch happy meal and then a 3" exhaust down the line.

abs is self contained. It's a separate unit next to the ECU. There is plenty of room to mount a megasquirt next to your ABS unit, although you might have to cut off that little threaded nub that the stock ECU bolts up to

Awesome, thanks for the quick reply.

Anything else that should get added to the DYIPNP kit for mods or is it truly everything you need?

Ill be getting the IAT and AEM Wideband when I order the MS. Thinking I'll be running with the IAT in the MAF sensor to begin with though and then install the IAT when I move to the turbo kit since I can then weld it into the charge piping.
