I just found this on ebay and was wondering if it fits a 95 what other years will it work on?

There were three basic variants of the first-gen MSPnP:
  • 90-93
  • 94-95
  • 96-97

So without making any internal modifications, that unit will work on a '94 or a '95.

good price if it stays at $250. i wouldnt pay much more than that.

The second-generation MSPnP are easily distinguished from the original, as the new ones are black and have "MSPnP 2" printed on them.
