Smile Miata Doesn't fire up. Has spark and fuel.

I recently did Toyota Cop conversion after burning stock coilpack. Braineack said "dwell at 4.0ms, 5.0ms, 6-7-8ms, won't fry a coil." but i managed to fry one or it came in fried. so i bought new one and after few days of troubling shooting same thing. some how i am burned cyl2 coil again not sure if its burn or not but it makes really really weak spark you can barely see it. Any way at one point tho i did have spark and fuel. i tested for spark in test mode and while cranking. i also smell fuel and saw my plugs where wet when i removed them. so that out of the way what else can cause my car to not fire? i did try adding more fuel since its pretty cold here right now.
It ran okay before i install toyota cops. should buy a new coil again or its in my wiring?

Are the air and coolant temperatures really in the 60s? Confirm these are reading correctly.
