Default Minimum needed for working system

I'd like to run a turbo in a '91 that's being built as a race car.

Will the old MS1 support everything that I need for the car to run and drive and not explode with boost? It looks like it will, but I'm concerned I'm missing something.

If not, what's the minimal system I can get away with cost wise? (More about a hard budget cap, less about being a cheap bastard, but hey, whatever.)

I'm fine with cutting and replacing the harness etc. The car will be completely gutted anyways, and other than working lights, fuel pump etc, I could care less about auxiliary systems.

Yes.

Read the DIY FAQ.

a MS1 needs about 20 wires in order to run.

removing the rest is all on you.

Thanks for the info guys.

Looks like MS might be in the future of my crappy racecar.
