MLV 2.95 upgrade, settings lost

MLV 2.95 upgrade, settings lost
I upgraded and now ALL of my MLV settings are hist-o. The one which really cheeses me is the loss of my 12x12 Default AFR table, which I had set just right (and didn't back up).
Any ideas how to retrieve these settings?
