Default MS2 Flooding Engine on cold start

Car has been running fine on ms2 for 2 years, except for about 2 weeks ago. The problem only happens when the ambient temperature is over 80 degrees and only first start after being parked for a few hours. If the temperature is below 80 starts and runs fine. It actually will flood the engine to the point where it locks up during cranking. Once i get the engine running and cleared out it will start and run fine. I shut off the injector priming pulsewidth above 70 degrees coolant temp and removed tons of fuel out of the cranking settings and still had the problem today. I'm stumped.
