Default MS2 Idle Woes after Track Day

Last weekend after a lap at the track, my 1.6 turbo car started to idle around 2000-2500rpm. I run the car only at the track so the idle was tuned in open loop only to idle steady around 1000rpms and it has done well at this for a year now until now. I have broken a throttle plate shaft before at the track so this is the first thing I checked along with searching for vacuum leaks and could find nothing. I hooked up my laptop to my MS2PNP and no matter what value I had in the Idle Warmup Duty Table, the idle stayed the same.

I tried changing the entire idle speed valve on the bottom of the throttle body when I got home from the track and now I cant get the car to idle any lower than 1500-1700. But now the idle valve will respond to my inputs.

I genuinely do not know what to do or where to start as my car has been running good on this setup/tune for a year or more now. Ill include a log with the new idle vs and old log with what i consider normal. Any input is appreciated as i said i dont even know where to go from here.
