MS3 no start, have spark, fuel, not sure about timing
Running a little longer, 10 seconds, but oscillates and dies. I think I put in all of Brain's changes. Still dies on throttle application.
Tried changing dead-time, but did not get any obvious changes in running. How does one know if there is too much or too little dead time without a running engine?

Over heat problem solved.
Just install radiator fan. I can't believe I overlooked the rad fan. Must of mixed it up with the AC fan. Couldn't fathom why the stupid fan wasn't working.
Car actually moved under its own power for first time in a year.
Ran it up and down the driveway to scrape the rust off the rotors. Can't drive it on the street much, since the inspection expired 6 months ago.
New log. Seems to be ok for a while, then AFR just wanders leaner. Also the WB doesn't seem to be very quick responding. Car seems to idle at 16:1 and up, but doesn't sound like it is that lean. I have an old TechEdge WBO2 that I built myself. Can't remember how old it is, version 1.6 or so. Uses the old NTK sensor $$$. Time for a new WB?

If you're unsure about the validity of your WB I'd spring for a new one. Not worth risking an engine over. I've had good luck with this one:
Installed an LC1 that I bought a while back. Buttoned up the wiring.
Auto-tuned a bit on the way to the inspection station. Got it through inspection, woot!
First drive in 12 months. Brought a smile to my face. Thanks Brain!
