Default MS3-PRO No Start

Hi guys, second post on the forums here. Just introduced myself in the Meet n Greet section, couple photos of my generic red NA there for your viewing pleasure.
I've recently begun installing an MS Pro I got for a deal on Ebay; I have a plastic GM IAT tied down in my stock airbox, junk yard GM 1 bar Map and secondary Baro sensors wired in, and AEM 30-0300 all set up.

After about a week of slowly putting together a breakout board to hook up this MS I plugged in, calibrated my thermistors and linear WB signal, double checked all the readings in the gauge cluster and tried to start it up.

No dice.

After hemming and hawing for a few days, testing continuity on all my solder joints, I thought I'd come here and see what you all have to say.
I'm not quite sure where to even begin, so I took a composite log cranking the car for a few seconds.
One thing I noticed is that RPM does not move at all in the log; could I just be missing my CKP/CMP signal? The continuity on those two wires seems fine through to the plug.

Thank you in advance for the advice. The car has just been sitting for a few weeks as I haven't got much to do this summer, if anyone could help I'd appreciate it.

This has happened to me before. No crank signal, rpm reads 1. Turns out I had corrupted firmware. Try flashing the firmware to the latest level using the wizard in tunerstudio (tools > update / install firmware).

Thanks Keuzy, I'll try that this afternoon. I realized a couple days ago that I have also set up the Ignition Input Capture to Rising Edge instead of Falling Edge, which I'll fix today.
I also have no pull-up resistors for my two Cam/Crank inputs, which I'll install today.
I would have installed the resistors and updated the thread a couple days ago, but since RadioShack left town the only place I could find them was Amazon :(

Thanks again for the pointer!

Update in case anyone else gets the same issue and it's not firmware:
Pull-ups and Ignition Input Capture setting change did it for me.
