k, i cranked at 8, 9 and 10. it's at 10 now -no startup

i think the problem is the gray box with the brass screw is made in mexico instead of china...

i noticed the pot in the center is r100k and the pot i've been turning is r10k... if it matters?

that's the correct values. I guess youll have to mail it back I take a look at it and see what I can figure out that failed on the input circuit.

Guessing those are the flybacks for idle and boost ? The trace to S12 is rather thin, it might be damaged.

yeah, haven't had an issue with that ever before. Did it on my personal and every other ms3x I've ever built.
