MS3x tuning issue 1.6 turbo
good afternoon all,
thanks for the previous help all.
i am having a new issue. car leans out as soon as i press the gas. goes from 14.5(ish) to 19-20 afr for 1-2 seconds then goes back to 13-14 afr and stays there but goes up and down on the afr.same goes with highway cruising, moment i press the gas, it leans out then richens up again.
1993 1.6 california emissions. turbo is garrett gt2871 with a 38mm tial ewg, begi manifold, begi fmic with piping, gm ait, mitsubishi bov, 1.8 red injectors with new seals, custom downpipe, fuji exhaust, speed3 resonator, bmw VTPS, Defi fuel pressure gauge, innovative mtx-l wideband wired to stock harness, innovative boost gauge, has the isv stillspec stg 2+ clutch(recently installed), i added two more grounds. 1 to the head and 1 to the block.
i built the ms3x with trubokitty instructions. i am using the vacuum line from the back of the intake manifold. recently did that, no changes.
i reverted back to other tunes and still has the same issue.
thanks for the previous help all.

i uploaded the tune on trubokitty and adjusted parameters such as injector size, trigger wheel, accel pump -> 80/85/90%tps.
it starts, idles for 4-6 seconds then leans out slowly, even when pumping the throttle a bit it continues to lean out.
i put 2 more grounds yesterday because maybe the grounds were weak, but doesnt seem to have done anything.
not sure if the %'s are supposed to look like that while the car is off and no throttle applied(picture attached).
is there too much interference?

this is the tune that the car had before and it ides and starts just fine. just when you press the throttle, it leans out.(same happened with trubokitty one).
with this tune it leans out then richens up again after a few seconds
so this picture shows how crazy the afr's go while i held the gas pedal but was NOT moving it up and down. this is all the car's doing.

well, i cant actually tell if that's from you "holding" it like you said, the first log is clean, and you can lower your thresholds significantly.
here's a question, did you wire your car up for sequential injection? 93 CA models are wired like a 94 in regards to fuel...

my settings are set to fully sequential thanks to cali model.
ive been messing with the settings and it has 'less' delay but the lean issue persists.
ill hold the throttle even if its very slightly and it'll lean out then richen up after its lean.
im also reading a thread on how to fix the noisy vtps.

new issue just arose. i leaned out the ve table because it was around low 50's at the bottom right corner and put them at 25. car was idling at 10afr's. but it never did this before. but now its going from 10.8 and creeping to lean. adds xx.1 afr every few seconds until it reaches 15's then leans out faster.
**** this is a headache!
when the fan kicks on, it nearly dies from afr's(19-20) rpm is maybe like 150, then i gas it then it comes back to life. i have isv off. lean issue persists on both accelerate and holding, and creeping afr.
as for the leaning out while accelerating. i accelerate, it leans out(while still accelerating), then jumps back into richer afr which are the afr tagets/ fuel ve table.
