I can't figure out why my ECU is not connecting to MSDroid. The Bluetooth connects fine in the app, but I can't get it to connect to the ECU itself. I get and ECU signature error, which should be fixable when you put the .ini file from the project config folder on your computer into the MSDroid folder. This hasn't worked. I have tried updating my firmware, creating a new project, reinstalling the software, and multiple android devices. The square with a P in it looks different from all of the other images I have found for people with this error where it has the signature you'd see in the .ini file. My signature is "MS3 Format 0566.05P". Is this an issue on my MS? FWIW, I got a device error when I tried connecting on Shadow Dash MS as well.

 

Baud rate correct?

 

MSDroid and the bluetooth connector are both 115200 so looks like the rate is correct.

 

You probably did, but you placed the ms3.ini in the ini subfolder?

 

Yes. I think it is a bluetooth issue. I got a USB to micro USB cable and it connected fine.
