Default MS/Extra format hr_11d was..

MS/Extra format hr_11d was not found locally?

I'm using vista and the USB from DIYAT, I can't seem to get MS to connect with my computer. Whenever I create a new project and detect ECU, it detects it, but right after I accept the message "MS/Extra format hr_11d was not found locally" pops up.

I searched google and downloaded a hr_11d file and placed it in TunerStudio folder and tried to "download-firmware" then it says it's not compatible with 64-bit version of windows.
Here's what I DLed:

So what do I do? Is my computer just not going to connect with MS no matter what?

no, in tuner studio, you need to open your project properties and change the ECU definition, search for the .ini file in the zip folder you just downloaded.
