No, it was correct. The fuel pump was weak requiring higher voltage to maintain pressure.

Update and resolution.

Replaced the fuel pump and Im now able to tune afrs for the 11s all the way to redline at <90% DC @ 10.5psi. Problem was a weak fuel pump. I put in a DW200. Thanks for everyone's help!

I'm starting to see more and more weak/dead pumps these days. I'm guessing age is finally catching up to these cars

And you were correct. It was also interesting to me the compounding issue with improper MS3 Pro alternator output voltage setting.
