Default MSPNP: are OTS spark tables ok for turbo use?

Well, I got my MSPNP installed and got the car to do an initial startup, but due to my excited state, I forgot to bring the timing light ... but that's not what this is about.

Anyways, are the spark tables that come with the MSPNP safe to run on a turbo car?

Also, would it be a bad idea to tap off of the MAP sensor line into the MSPNP for my boost gauge?

93 1.6
OTS Greddy turbo kit @ 5-7 psi
stock exhaust
305cc injectors
Spearco 24x7x3 intercooler
no AFM (as soon as I get the intercooler piping made)

Thanks for the help!

OTS?

tapping the line shouldn't pose a problem. neither will the spark tables, they are very conservative in boost.

We did try to err towards the conservative side on the boost end of the spark tables, though there's no guarantee that's the case so ideally you'll get them dialed in for your car. You'll get more power more than likely and you'll know that's it's right...
