Have you even looked at idle settings? I don't tune in open loop, i use closed loop.
Your fuel map is seriously cringe worthy. You shouldn't be driving this thing with the wastegate arm attached whatsoever.
This thing has to drive like ****.
i m deleting the maf and using the gm sensor i did tune the idle in open loop thought and i used autotune for the fuel table

You need to find time to read the megamanual. People solved their idle issues by tuning idle.

Here is an older thread that has some good info, with proper searching you can find some better threads on how to tune idle decently. We won't spoon feed you and every car is a little different.
