Default My car is RUNNING but I need more HELP!!

I replaced the coils on my car tonight and got it running, but not very well. I have not set the timing again but the car seems to have got hot really fast. My manifold was smoking in like 20 seconds. check out this startup log and let me know if anything is out of the ordinary please.

your coolant temp only reaches 94 degrees in that log, that's not very hot. the exhaust mani should get hot enough to burn off oil and grease within a few seconds of it starting

How do I change the wideband O2 sensor voltage range in megatune. I know how to do it in the LC-1 but not for the computer. I want 0v=10:1 5v=20:1...

So your motor coolant started at 140 degrees on the last one? You need to reference the AIT to the CLT on the initial power up you have something causing irregular readings hell my **** is more consistant than that

how long was it idling? it should be at 200-210° once fully warm. change the temp the fans come on at to 180° and see what that does to your readings

It had been idling for about 5-6 minutes.......and there are no fans on yet, they go on today. I turned the car off when it was running at 187 deg, and that must be F not C. All of my temps seem good at startup?? I will pay closer attention.

How can I make it log the IAT sensor??

Are there any other tips or tricks besides the MSPNP manual that I should know about before diving in?? I am going to install the 440 low imp. injectors tonight and try to tune it for about 200-210whp. Any input would be great because I am worried to mess it up after frying my coils on saturday.

My car smoked like a chimney on the first startup. It's just the oils from your hands and all the manufacturing stuff burning off. Nothing to worry about, and it should go away completely after a mile or so.

Kyle, send me an email and I will shoot you a copy of my spark map. It should get you into the ballpark for your setup.
