Default NA cranking won't start

hi guys.

first of the spec of the car.

1991 Eunos
1.6
Stock injectors
AFM still in place.
DIYPNP ECU
stock lambda

so built the ECU followed the guide on DIYAUTOtune

I downloaded the latest firmware of the DIYAutotune website and a baseman from the link they have on there.

however all that happens is it cranks but won't start.

I can smell the fuel and hear the clicking of the plugs but it just won't fire.. occasionally will splutter.

below are pictures of my ECU, wonder if anyone can spot something incorrect.

I have set the timing to 10 degrees on the pulley too

Ok found the issues... The diodes were the wrong way round.

Engine now starts but runs really rough.

Sounds like its misfiring and it's over fueling massively.

You did re-attach the map-hose, did you?

When you updated the firmware did you unplug the coil? If not it can fry your coil and that may be your problem.

The diy base map has cranking rpm set too low which can cause the MS to enter ASE while cranking. Try increasing the value from 200 rpm to 300-350 rpm.
