Default New engine. Crank no start good rpm signal good coil plugs HELP!

Hello folks I appreciate your time so I’ll try to keep this short and informed so let me know if you need extra info or have any questions...

problem: crank no start , could fire/ click under TS CANBUS test as well with injectors( plugs are wet)

ECU: diy nippon 76 with ms2/extra 3.4.2

hardware: oem coils ngk wires and sparks plugs
oem purple 99 injectors on radium rail stock 94-95 fpr ...

long block: forged everything apr everything and acl bearings everywhere...

solutions tried: checking coil wiring ( blue tape in passenger side), continuity on the rear 2 engine grounds, re-timed engine at least 4 times with pictures.... ( checked the cam lobes)
Whole crnking the timing Ligth does flash and it does as well while testing the coils

attached are the tune and the crank log! Any help is highly appreciated!!!!

Are the plugs getting spark?
Do you have the plugs going to the coil packs swapped?

I have the timing Ligth connected when I do test coils and also during crank and it lights up when I do it so I figured the plugs are getting spark...

plugs are in the 1.8 order 4-1-3-2 blue tape on harness is going to the passenger side coil ... check pic to confirm

Timing plate orientated correctly? If it's an ATI Damper, it's possible the time plate was clocked incorrectly.

sonó was wondering about this.... I capped the oil cooler line from the back of the head to oil cooler to the Iac so I figured I’d just shut it off in tunerstudio you think having it off would cause this ?! Will try tho!

To start and run an engine the air is still required.
