Unhappy Need help! No fuel on 1&3

So car was running great. Water pump went bad and engine got warm, then after replacing the water pump and getting it running again, the head gasket blew. So I resurfaced the head, and replaced the head gasket. First start up since HG it wasn't running right. I determined it wasn't getting fuel on cylinder #1. After chasing wires and banging my head again the wall I decided to reduce the gap on the crank sensor to the trigger wheel. Car ran great, on all four cylinders even! After about 5 minutes is stopped getting fuel on cylinder #1 again. I put a used crank sensor in place of the one I assumed was going bad, now it isn't getting fuel in cylinder #1 or #3. I tried two other sensors and still nothing. Leak down and compression are good, as is the ignition. I don't know where in TS to see the signal from the crank sensor, and I am out of ideas to fix this. Please discuss.
Thanks in advance!

This is how you read the ignition loggers:

How do I take a screen shot so I can post it?

I think I figured that out. I will try to post screen shots later. Going to let battery charge a little while I try to be productive while I still have good daylight. Thanks Ben.

looks like you made a change in your tune. that log is only showing one trigger (i opened it in excel) so I'm assuming it's not set to 99-05 miata but single trigger.

No, I just checked the tune and it looks right. Thanks for the advice though! I guess I need to get a scope and figure out how to use it so I can test the crank sensor. I have tried four used sensors, they can't all be bad! I will also give the trigger wheel a good look but don't see how that could have changed......

Very open to ideas!

Did you check tune or did you check the trigger settings? He's talking about your trigger settings.

There is a really good chance I don't know the difference. Please tell me where to find the trigger settings. I looked and it said it was 99 miata triggering I thought but I may not be looking at the right place?

And the dumbass of the day award goes to.....

AMELLROTTS!!!!!

The wire was not fully seated into the connector on the ECU. Apparently it was out JUST enough that the 1&3 injectors were not getting grounded. Unbelievable that this car has sat for two weeks waiting for me to work on it thinking it was going to be a big issue. Grrrr!

Thanks for your input Vlad and Ben!
