1.8 VVT swap
MS3 Basic

MS3 vendor preloaded it with a 1.6 basemap, so I have to convert it more or less myself. I'm not worried about specific table values, I'm more worried about the basic inputs and outputs to get it running. Can y'all review the basic settings and let me know if I'm on track? I followed the VVT swap guide here. Deleted the 1.6 ignitor, split the 1.6 CAS to the 1.8 cam and crank sensors, wired in VVT, and wired the GM IAT to the AFM. Still using the 1.6 alternator, so I turned off alternator control.

Two questions so far:

1. Under Ignition Options/Wheel Decoder, Number of Coils, do I want Wasted Spark or Wasted COP? I'm using the 1.8 COPs non-sequentially.
2. Under Ignition Options/Wheel Decoder, Cam input, what should I select? JS10, or MS3x Cam in?
