Shield on CAS wire for Megasquirt harness

Shield on CAS wire for Megasquirt harness
Just Finished wiring harness for MS3 except for the shield on the CAS wire. Where does it terminate? It goes to ground in the db37, but I cannot find any info where to put it on the ecu plug.

The shield connects to ground at the MegaSquirt, and that's it. The other side is unterminated and unconnected.
