Started to have a tps problem so i unplugged the tps connector and found it was dirt so i cleaned it and plugged it back in and boom the car died so i said okay normal. so i went to start it back up and nothing so i plugged the laptop in and no com whats so ever. so now im like wtf, so i too it out and apart and the trace for pin 1b is burnt so i fix that and still not working so i try reflashing my firmware no luck there ether. so what could it be here is a screen shot of me trying new firmware.

 

Ben the car is not needed and i would love to send it to you guys to have you guy look at it and repair it for me.

 

Was that on the bench with a power supply, or on the car?

 

its not communicating with your MS, make certain the com port is valid.

 

this is with a 12v 1a power supply but also got same results in the car.
yes i check so many times and it always said com4

 

Going to try plugging it into my desktop without the usb adapter. hoping this works.

 

Ben i got it to flash by using just the serial cable thanks a bunch. =]

fixed the burnt trace and reloaded a new map and now she runs.
