Default Toyota Cop - retune? which settings?

Hello fellow Megasquirters, I recently had a friend make me a toyota cop harness. Now I have a few questions before I start installing it on my car.

" Aftermarket ECU owners:

dwell these at 3.5ms cranking, 2.5ms at 12v "

1. Is the 3.5ms cranking on "Crank Settings"?
2. Where (I have tunerstudio & Megalowviewer) and what setting do I put the "2.5ms at 12v"?
3. Any other settings must be changed before starting the vehicle?

Stating the semi-obvious, but look under "Spark->Dwell Settings." Those are the only changes you need to make.

This would be for the 3.5ms or 2.5ms?

Both.

Dwell battery correction is hard-coded if you have an MS-1 based MSPNP.

Okay so on tunerstudio,

Dwell control
Cranking dwell(ms): 3.5
Running dwell(ms): 2.5?
Minimum discharge period(ms): .5

Correct? I only touched cranking and running dwell. Although I haven't saved it yet.
