Default Do I need bigger injectors? How tune?

So I just finished upgrading from a m45 to a mp62.
Also have the pulley for 10psi of boost.
Are my 305 injectors good enough or should I install my RC 550?

I have a DIYPNP by brain.
Do I just change injector size and that's it?

I know I'll have to get it tuned again. At max boost I can hear ticking.
It's at 11.5:1 afr.
Car was only tuned for up to 6 psi w the m45.

This may sound like a stupid question. But is m45@6psi = mp62@psi?
Basically, if i dont boost pass 6psi can I drive around a bit?

Thanks

Install the 550s and have it professionally tuned.

I'm planning on sending the unit to trackdog to get ported out.
They said about a weeks turn around time.

Will you be doing any tuning around the bay area sometime next month?

After installing the 550 do I just change injector size setting on MS and it will figure out the rest? Or is it more complicated than that.

It's a shame you don't live near me. I could swap injectors and have it tuned for ya in like 1 hour.
You'll need to change your required fuel setting. Then you'll need to tune your fuel VE table. I'd explain it in detail, but there's plenty of well documented info on how to do that already.

Should simply have to reduce the req_fuel number in proportion to the increase in size over current injectors, then retweak the fuel map as needed.

so with your 305s, if you have a req_fuel of say 9. Then when adding 550cc injectors, it'll decrease to 5. Because 305/550 = .55 and .55 x 9 = 5

chance are he wont have to retune much. Nothing that EGO shouldnt be able to smooth out. But yeah, of course, VEAL.

I would also get the motor running on the 550s, get it warmed up and manipulate the req_fuel value to get the same AFRs at idle you're used to seeing before. Then you may have to tweak enrichments also because of the spray patterns and deadtimes and stuffs, but still, it shouldnt be far off.

Man i cant wait to get my car back out in spring so you can spend an hour with me. lol. I still have to change the lc1 around a bit, but my turbo oil feed line ruptured, and decided to park it for the winter. I will be in touch with you soon.
