Ok, so i have been searching all the info that i could find on this site (my head is going to explode), the megasquirt manual and the other forum sites.

I have a 90 miata with a diy ms2 v3.0 standalone extra i put together.
I followed most of the info on the how to setup the ms1 (thanks braineack!)
I also modded my spark output to the updated setup that doesn't fry your ignitors.

Im stuck on a couple of things:

1)How do i tie in my fans to work on a ms2 setup? What output and is there any extra wiring to do or just a jump? (Im planning on using launch control ebc and table switching too)

2)Should i hook up the ebc as posted on the How to make and install your own Diy megasquirt thread?

3)Anything else i should change from the ms1 setup (i have already ran the 12v line to js9)

When i get done, im going to post a write up for ms2 users to walk them through.
