I recently purchased a Diypnp Ms2 off the classifieds
-I downloaded the latest firmware via trubokitty
-succesfully loaded the firmware, the command prompt stated it was loaded onto Com6
-opened TunerStudio to start a new project, Tunerstudio tried to detect it but couldnt find it

Some usb to serial devices don't work with megasquirt. Several threads about it, known good devices mentioned, there are links to DIY Autotune website where a known good one is sold.

 

This cable has to work. ( I had got it to work for a day and i just came back to it today and nothing.
It cant detect the Ms I am very lost, baud is set to 115200 on the port.
Any setting in tuner studio that i have to adjust?

 

I tried to do hook it up manually, let me know if this is completely wrong because I don't know if this is right.







I selected Update ecu Definition.




I am assuming this will work?
