Default Tuning MSPNP 2nd Gen

I've been running a 2nd Gen MSPNP on a turbocharged 92 miata with a 1.6. I went I'n seeing boost fall off pretty bad after 5-8 psi. The car was running well of 16 psi with the first Gen MSPNP but I'm not sure whats missing.

Based on the MSQ and the Log, is this just a tuning problem?

I altered the timing table a bit from the base msq and it seems a little better but no where like it was originally.
