Various Issues - No Sync & Idle
So I've been trying to track down this idle issue i have and i thought I fixed it but i didn't.... meanwhile I have a sync issue. I included a log from the 6th as well. It was idling weird back then but I didn't get the no sync indicator.
attched: 2 composite logs. 1 poor tune.
I have to admit that I haven't done a ton of tuning but my car did run and idle fine the 1 day a month I did decide to work on it and take a spin.
On my last drive home everything was fine till i got about a mile from home and the car started idling @ 2k+ when I pulled up to a light.
I've checked everything I could think of for a vacuum leak and have not been able to find one. I also turned my idle screw all the way in and still idle above 1500.
Car is a 90 with a 99 motor, ms3x, toyota cop, sequential with id1000

Is it possible or likely that my cas is not working right ( or needs to be replaced)? I am completely stumped.
I can not find a single vacuum leak. I've checked every vacuum hose, every gasket, nuts on manifold, replaced the injector seals, bov check, etc...
I've screwed in my idle screw all the way and the car still idles fast. When I fix my timing to 10 it starts and then shuts down. Even if I back the screw all the way out it still won't idle when my timing is fixed @ 10. Keep in my everything was working fine until one day on my way home my idle just shot up and stayed there.
