INJ outputs not working on DIYPnP
I just built a DIYPnP for a 1.6 miata. Hopefully this is just an ID-10T error on my part, but I suspect that the microsquirt module is defective.
Two issues when running it on the JimStim:
1. The O2 sensor is reading 0.28 volts in megatune regardless of the output voltage from the jimstim.
2. Neither INJ output is working (INJ1, INJ2). Jimstim INJ LED's don't light up. Multimeter confirms 0v on both outputs.
All other functions work in TunerStudio... it's sync'd up and displays the RPM and PW... so the injectors should be firing. Jimstim is confirmed working with another megasquirt.
I built it per the 90-93 instructions. I only included the 5v circuit, high side driver, the 2 pullups (R3, R4), and the iac flyback diode (R5). It's wired per the spreadsheet.
I put 3.0.3t on there and loaded DIY's default config.
Any thoughts before I email DIY?

I have been in communication with matt at diyautotune. Trying to resolve a similar issue. I have the whole thing built with sequential ignition and injection. I have all circuits working on with the Jim Stim except the INJ2 circuit. The LED for this output just glows dimmly when power is applied. Under realtime display in tunerstudio the circuit just sits at 0, while the INJ1 circuit is pulsing between 1 & 0.

In my case it was just an oversight. I forgot that you have to supply the Jimstim with 5v. I've been doing it the same way for so long (using afm signal), that I forgot that I was drawing the 5v for the jimstim from the afm's vref.

Yeah I have been talking back and forth with matt at diyautotune and don't seem to be getting anywhere with getting the problem fixed. I have tried different firmwares and making a tune from scratch, even using 2 injection events and the same thing happens every time. I am currently using 303y firmware.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Zuki,
I don't 100% understand your problem. Are you saying that TunerStudio is reporting that the DIYPNP is not firing injector 2? What do your pulsewidth gauges tell you, does pulsewidth1 = pulsewidth2 ?
How about taking a datalog of the DIYPNP running on the stim for 10 or 15 seconds, and posting it along with the .msq?
Justin,
Glad I was able to help you get that going

Under the tuning tab in tunerstudio in real time displays, all output channels the inj2 circuit just sits at 0. I have put all 4 pulsewidth gauges on my dash and they all match when using the stim.
