Unhappy Very rich warmup even with no WUE

Hello!

I am feeling pretty good about my tune overall, though it is not fully refined.
Ever since installing Megasquirt, I get very rich warmup (10.6-11.4) even with WUE set all to zero.
Once the car is warmed enough for EGO correction, it works well, and when fully warm, it needs very little correction.
Still very rich when ASE is over.
With WUE set to 120% at 50*F, the logs show show 163% for WUE, total correction 151%.
I cannot figure out why during warmup it so rich and tried adjusting everything I could think of. It is very close to AFRs with EGO off when fully warm.
What am I missing? I searched the forums and could not find an issue or adjustment I haven't tried yet. Am I a stupid noob? Probably.

2002 Miata VVT, stock block.
EFR 6258 w/ 3 inch full exhause
FF 640cc injectors
Stock fuel rail and intake manifold
IAT mounted cold side intercooler tank, Fab9 stage 1
AEM wideband

Thank you in advance!

At the track when my car is idling and warming up its always quite rich. Even after it fully warms up my AFR reads like 12-13.7 until I get on the track or take it for a drive. I always suspected it was just unburnt fuel in my exhaust from startup or warmup enrichment sitting in the exhaust and warming up and evaporating causing the O2 to read incorrectly.

Wondering if it the FF injectors? I know they are more susceptible to heat than others and run lean, so maybe the cold has a larger impact on them to run rich?
Other notes:
I have calibrated the wideband, same result before and after re-calibration.
I tried setting WUE all to 100%, still very rich.
I have turned off EGO corr, same warmup results (not surprised as it wouldn't come on till after 160*F.
Checked and re-calibrated the GM IAT and the CLT sensor seems accurate via digital infrared thermometer thing.
I do also go very lean on hot starts.

Thanks, Kboi12. Glad to know I am not the only one! I wonder if there is a way to improve this at all.

Have the log attached in first post. I can’t check GE right now, but I think it should be in the log above.

GE sits around 151 during warmup and decreases as time goes on.
