VVt Engine in Mk1.6 - What Changes To Megasquirt Do I Make?
So with a bit of luck I should get all the wiring finished after fitting the VVT engine into my MK1 .1.6 and be ready to start the car. What I want to double check is what changes I need to make in Tunerstudio to my Rev MS2 with built in VVT tuner for the new engine? My MS2 is currently set/mapped to run my now removed mk1 1.6 NA engine, (my car was running great prior to the engine swap, starting well etc).
1.) I will now be running sequential injection instead of batch. Where do I change this in Tunerstudio?
2.) I will now be running MK2 1.8 Burgandy injectors instead of MK1 1.6 injectors. Do I need to change any settings in Tunerstudio or just tune my VE table?
3.) Will my MK1 1.6 ignition table by OK for the MK2.5 VVT engine?
4.) Cranking/Priming ASE etc will my 1.6 settings be fine or will all these need changing?
5.) Anything else I need to change on my MS2 to now run the MK2.5 engine from my current MK1 1.6 settings?

Hi Braineack.
Yep 2 new wires added direct from MS2 harness for sequential, (added to pins 2 and 4) and 1 wire from built in VVT controller on my MS2 connected to VVT soleniod
Re-wired my original batch harness to sequential, (hopefully done correctly) just need to know how and what to change on my MS2 to start using it with the MK2 burgundy injectors.

I think my req_fuel was 14.1 whilst running MK1 1.6 230cc injectors, so If I now run MK2 1.8 240cc I change it to 13.50?
(Actually just checked an email from Reverant which suggests setting req_fuel of 11.6)
I've also just clicked on "calculate require fuel" in tunerstudio and if |I enter 1800cc, 4 cyliners, 240cc/min and 14.7 it says 12.6?
Which do I use?
