Default Warmup idle very low, RPMs dip after acceleration

I realize I'd have to break up my last thread to get an answer to these questions.. So first thing..

Stock 03 Miata, MS3, with CAI and exhaust.

1) During warmup, my car idles at 400-500 and rumbles because it wants to shut down. How do I go about increasing the RPMs for this stage? Once its warmed up to operating temperatures, I see my 14.7 AFR

2) When I remove my foot from the throttle, the RPMS come back down to idle (850) but then dip past it to anywhere from 600-0 (sometimes stalls) before coming back up. I've read about accel enrichments, but wouldn't this be considered decel enrichment? Not sure why accel would help me here.

Thanks in advanced!

1. cranking idle table. initial idle values table. idle rpm targets table. better CL idle settings in general.

2. accel enrichments include decel.

you need to tune.

For 2) it helped me to increase the rpm of the fuel cutoff on deceleration so that the rpms didn't plummet to hell before returning the engine to a stable idle rpm.
