What is this stumble?

I'm running 90 for my lag factors. Y8s, Are you using the regular AE or the accel pump style? If accel pump, any tips for switching over from regular? I haven't tried it yet.
The initial value table for the PWM is awesome. My idle is the best it's ever been and I have no issues with rpm dropping and the PID not catching properly.

the new one. tips? sure.
set min tpsdot threshold to 1 in the box at the bottom.
then use the curve to set your minimum enrichment level. for now I'm at 15tpsdot = 0% and then like 30 tpsdot = 10 and the curve tops out at like 800 tpsdot = 70% or something.

Well, I haven't had time to flash to the newest firmware, but I tried to fix the noisy MAP signal when I had a few minutes this afternoon. I played with the physical MAP line, and with the lag factor, and so far haven't figured it out, but now VVT has stopped working for no apparent reason. It sits at 274.9 degrees and the duty cycle won't change. I didn't touch the VVT settings...
I have Friday off, so I am planning to upgrade to beta20 then.

Could replacing the timing belt have caused enough change in the "rest" position of the cam to mess with my VVT settings? I am guessing the old belt was the original belt at 80k miles.
Also, the weird stumble is nearly non-existant when the VVT is "stuck". Coincidence?

Not idle, just that when the VVT position registers as like 274.9, it doesn't move. Could a fresh timing belt have rotated the cam just enough so what used to be 0* of advance now reads as 274.9?

Beta20 seems to have fixed my problems. It was a lot easier to upgrade than I expected. I thought I would have to re-tune a bunch of stuff, but it runs fine. I'll tweak the idle (it needed work anyway), and switch to the pump accel thing as soon as I can find some info on how it works. I did change my lag factors so they are all between 85 and 93. I picked some random numbers based on the previous values.
The VVT works (or at least it seems to), so I'm guessing the code for that changed... do I need to change my PID values, is there room for improvement there?
The cold idle required more air than it did before, but that was easy to fix, and may have been just because the car was colder than usual.
