I have the same set up and I get the same chit spool. I installed the garret wastegate from flyinmiata to get rid of the helper springer and garbage greddy wastegate but it didn't help with spool. I think I'm going to copy the timing table posted earlier and see if it helps out. Mine hits a few PSI then boosts all the way to 10+ suddenly like yours did instead of gradually increasing.
