In a quick look I don't see any place in the log that it isn't building boost while it is floored. You lift at 109kpa each time...... I didn't read the entire thread what is your MAP key on motor off?

The bov is connected to vacuum directly after the throttle. The turbo has a internal wastegate now so I left it hooked up how it came. From the wastegate to the compressor.

What does your map sensor read, when the ignition key is on, but the motor is off.

Of course. It's butterflys that close to block airflow.

Well they divert it to another path, so its not like air just stops in the manifold...is the second path too restrictive for the engine to breathe?
I don't even think that I have controlled anymore on my NB1. Is there stock position the position that won't restrict flow?

NB1 has VICS. NB2 is VTCS.

Not controlling VICS is detrimental. They increase torque at lower rpms.

VTCS is just junk.

Did you mess with your injector dead times at all when you switched to the new injectors? That is really important to getting a car running well.
If you tried running your car with that tune (with larger injectors), it wouldn't run at all (or if it did, very poorly).
Also, could it be your knock mode that is preventing you from getting the full potential? You have it on safe mode.

Seriously, unplug the VTCS solenoid on the back of the manifold. I literally just talked about this in my build thread. It will choke all of the air and you will have no acceleration once you hit 70 or 80mph.

^Buy a flat top. Really compliments the linear power of a rotrex. Keeps on climbing all the way to 7000rpm.
