I agree for sure the people on that forum i linked show a 1500 early spool from the block off plate , so i think a valve would work at least as well . , That is why i'm considering the turbo. i can't find a smaller twin scroll . It also has a bigger exhaust diameter turbine with smaller trim.

This is some interesting info on blocking one scroll, so it's kind of proof of theory .

Hi , I saw in one of your posts that you intended to try a twin scroll turbo with a valve on one scroll to increase spool.
I'm interested in how it came out .
As koenigsegg use the same method for quicker spool ,( no doubt much more to theirs than just a flap) , as i understand the printed internals somehow twist.
Any experience or info you have would be appreciated.
    Thanks Col
The spec on the turbo i am considering is arround a t3
    comp trim 75 in 56.6mm ex75mm ar 82
    turb trim78 in 74.4mm ex58.4mm ar .7

Well rest assured these are in great condition low milage 47,000 and polished once a month. No yellowing..

And just in case you don't know, if you polish plastic headlights and keep a wax on them, it'll well completely prevent them from UV damage, fogging, and yellowing. Just use the same stuff you use on your clearcoat (same stuff pretty much)
